Your Excess Elite CRM account must be A2P-approved and in good standing (no suspensions or restrictions in place). A2P approval is essential for all outbound and inbound marketing communication, including our automated follow up and out reach workflows.
If your account is not set up with these qualifications, your caller's start date may be significantly delayed. Please ensure these items are in place before purchasing to avoid any interruptions.

Our callers are highly trained, U.S.-based professionals who are the "foundation" of your business. Their primary job is to take the pressure off of you by making hundreds of dials a day to find and confirm interested clients. They verify contact information and deliver good news about surplus funds. Their ultimate goal is to get a confirmed client's email address and contact details, which they then deliver to you as a verified lead.
The service is an investment of $255 per week. This fee covers 15 hours of dedicated calling time, which is broken down into three hours a day, five days a week. The cost for the service is equivalent to an hourly rate of $17 per hour.
The one-time onboarding fee of $250 ensures your system is set up for success from day one. This fee includes a full setup of your custom CRM account, a personalized caller assignment based on your business needs, and the CRM training and workflow setup for your caller. It also provides access to our Power Dialer and live call reporting, as well as complete administrative onboarding and account configuration.
Your assigned caller will be ready to start within two weeks of your onboarding payment. This quick activation timeline is only possible if your account meets all eligibility requirements, so please ensure everything is in place to avoid delays.
To get started, you must have two things in place:
An assigned CRM Manager: This individual manages your CRM, imports daily leads, and ensures your dialer is loaded and ready for your caller to use.
An A2P-approved Excess Elite CRM account: A2P approval is a verification process that is necessary to perform blast communications like voicemails and text messages.
If you purchase the service without having a CRM manager and an A2P-approved account, it will cause significant delays in your caller's start date. Please be aware that Excess Elite does not offer refunds to accounts that purchase without the necessary qualifications. We have this policy in place to ensure a seamless and successful experience for all our partners.
